Stamps are like wine, there are some good years and some very bad year. 2019 was an abysmal one with all those horrible picture stamps, almost seems like several countries all conspired to insult philately! See Djibouti, Mozambique, Niger, Sierra Leone, Togo if you do not mind your eyes bleeding a little bit!
Note the missing "s" on the Latrodectus tredecimguttatus stamp.
