Number of arachnid related stamps in issue: 1/6
Those stamps are local post stamps issued for Great Bernera and Little Bernera Islands, which lie northwest of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Four mailboxes are maintained on the islands and they are serviced at regular intervals. The mail is collected and re-mailed at a nearby British Post Office with regular British postage added.
